- These are so often done in b&w so it's refreshing to see such vibrant, beautiful color.

BarraKouta @ Tuesday, June 21st, 2005 , 12:16 pm - very Tim Burton!
Crash @ Wednesday, June 22nd, 2005 , 8:40 pm - I like the picture, its warm tones and its photographic quality. Can you please help me to read the inscription on the gravestone? The one word I cannot determine is "...after a short but ??? life..." Also, the entire bottom line is difficult to make out, due to the spattered dirt on the stone.
Nyala @ Wednesday, June 29th, 2005 , 7:51 am - sure...the inscription reads - "In memory of Miss Patty Nye, daughter of Joseph Nye, ESQ, who after a short but virtuous life died June 29, 1794 in the 23rd year of her life."
ed @ Wednesday, June 29th, 2005 , 10:22 am - great capture. Love the detail in the stone.
